Course History

Haste Hill Golf Course

Designed by Open Champion of 1902, Alexander 'Sandy' Herd, the course opened with 9 holes on Saturday 27th July 1929. The course was extended to 18 holes on Wednesday 20th July 1932 and between September 1936 & the early 1940's also had an additional 9 hole pitch & putt course. Sandy Herd & Robert 'Bert' Pearson were the architects for the extended course and the 9 hole relief course. As owners, The London Borough Of Hillingdon aim to maintain the course to the highest of standards and provide a first class service in the Clubhouse. A parkland / woodland course, Haste Hill is considered to be one of the most picturesque golf tracks in the county with outstanding views of the surrounding area, from the top of the Hill.

A range of Season Tickets are available in March each year, to play Haste Hill as well as Ruislip Golf Course* and Uxbridge Golf Course. The Season Tickets entitle holders to play unlimited golf on the courses for a very reasonable annual fee. A range of green fees are also available enabling golfers to enjoy the course on a pay & play basis.

Details of how to purchase season tickets & current green fee rates may be obtained from our Pro Shop.

*Ruislip golf course closes in September 2019 for work on the HS2 railway. Following extensive remodelling and refurbishment, it will reopen in 2024.
