Service User Behaviour - 31 March 2017
As annual season tickets have just finished being renewed members are respectfully reminded of the Hillingdon Borough conduct requirements associated with playing the golf courses across the Borough
"London Borough of Hillingdon have a duty of care towards all employees and do not tolerate unacceptable behaviour from service users, including (but not limited to):Any illegal activity, including theft, damage to Council property, carrying/brandishing weapons, swearing (including gestures) at staff or other service users, or loudly as to be heard by other service users or staff, fighting, threatening other service users or staff, verbally using other service users or staff, inappropriate comments, sexual activity, aggressive behaviour, using illegal drugs on Council property, visiting Council property under the influence of illegal drugs, comments which are racist, sexist, homophobic or derogatory comments based upon someone’s background, religion, appearance, socio-economic status, viewing inappropriate images on personal devices. Anyone in breach of this will have their Access3 pass revoked and/or access to the course denied and a refund will not be given."
These sentiments are supported by the Committee at Haste Hill who will take appropriate action where issues are brought to our attention.
Policies in regard to welfare and safeguarding are being developed and will appear in this space.
